The Industrial Supervisor is presented in a workshop format with case studies, lecture, group exercises, individual exercises, discussions, films, video assisted exercises, and role play.
Course Content:
Module One (Basic Level):
New issues in the Changing Workplace.
Note: Module one may be taken as a basic training program for new supervisors, or as a "refresher" for experienced supervisors.
Module Two:
Prerequisites: Module One or previous supervision and labour
relations training. A high degree of class participation is required throughout this skill
development workshop program. Recommended spacing
between modules: Three to six months.
Dealing effectively with "Problem Employees."
Module Three:

relations training. A high degree of class participation is required throughout this skill
development workshop program. Recommended spacing
between modules: Three to six months.
Note: All modules may be customized to meet the specific needs of your Supervisors. All modules of the "The Complete Supervisor" are available in-house only. Certificates are issued for successful completion of all three Modules.
